Your article came to mind the other day when I had to call Dell technical support. Fred was obviously from India and while he was probably knowledgeable in PC’s, I gave up because we just could not communicate with each other. When will Dell and the other big companies figure out that it is not the dollar per hour but what you get for an hours pay….
