I have been online for about a year and a half now. Once I wanted to outsource to create a directory site but encountered some bad experience. Spent much time analysing and choosing the right web designer + programmer. At the end, after patiently waiting for more than 6 months, nothing much was done. Many excuses for the delay. I had already paid half the amount as deposit. Only after threatening to take legal action did I manage to get back my deposit. I am also a 'hands-on' person and I agree with you that sometimes it is better to outsource for better results. As internet marketer, we should be focusing on getting traffic to our websites.
