First of thanks for the informative 50 points.

I see that this article was posted more than a year ago. I wonder if blogging has changed much since then. Would anything be added to the points above. Do you make more now than last year by blogging? What has changed? I would be really interested to know.

I would like to add one more to this i.e 'Guest Post'.
As Guest Post is much more important now a days.
If there are group of friends then its really good for them to share there traffic.

I would add try and post at the same times each day…….. as soon as I step outside my usual time slots my traffic goes right down…….. oh the other thing is really do all that stuff on the list hehehe…… half of which I never get round to…… )

A very good synopsis of the components that make up a successful blog. Use every means possible within your blog to attract your audience. There is only one item that I feel is missing here, and that is to include podcasts in your blog also. 38% of the population are Auditory learners. You will attract another whole segment of audience with this method.
