First off, thank you for sharing “the other side of the story”… as a software developer for a new start-up I am eager to get my product out there, and get real-feedback and suggestions.

As I read your article, I found a sentence w/ a type or something:

“Connect on Twitter before ever emailing the blogger and take the time to build some form or reality.” (Did you mean… form of reality?)
