Who is David Risley?

Here's my short story, in bullet points (like a good little blogger):

• I am a full-time, professional blogger and I've been at it for over a decade.
• I got started as a tech blogger, starting PCMech.com. I turned that blog into a six-figure business before electing to begin blogging about blogging.
• My approach is a blending of blogging and internet marketing. A true "Third Tribe" approach, you might say. :-)
• On this blog, you will follow my "Confessions", where I show my readers how to use the medium of blogging to create REAL online businesses, based not on welfare programs like Adsense, but on REAL business tactics. Treat your blog like a business, as I always say.

And on the personal front...

• I live in Tampa Bay, Florida with my beautiful wife, Malika, and my two children, Elyana (2 years) and Nathan (3 months).
• We live a very comfortable lifestyle, especially considering our only source of income is a couple of blogs. :-)
• I'm basically a nerd. Just ask my wife. ;-)
