How Are You Responding To The Economy?
The economy sucks. I personally don’t think it is as bad as some make it seem, but the fact they talk it down so much makes it suck in reality. Unfortunate, but true. But, what are YOU doing about it?
I intend to make 2009 my best year ever. And so far, I’m off to a good start.
My response to the economy is simple: bust ass and work smart. I am leveraging all potential I can find from my sites. I am moving forward with new projects. I am concentrating on helping as many people as possible. I am concentrating on developing my personal brand and making new connections. I am actively learning and perfecting my craft.
The way I look at it, the economy won’t affect you very much unless you ALLOW it to.
While I’m at it, I’m not spending money stupidly. When I get an influx of cash, I am paying off debt. I just paid off the new plasma TV I bought back in December. My next goal is to pay my car off early. Less debt the better – especially when it was excess debt that got so many into trouble to begin with.
But, here is a little gem that I just LOVE:
To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.
So, how are YOU responding? What are YOU doing differently?
Now isn’t the time to rest easy.
