Every time I make design changes to a website, I have to deal with Internet Explorer being a piece of crap. It works fine in Safari and Firefox. I’m thinking everything is working. Is it ready to go live?….

Then, I check Internet Explorer and – FAIL! The site looks all screwed up.

I’m not alone. So, as a public service, I am showing you a super secret, ninja tactic for dealing with the issue.

    Ayup.. that’s just how I feel about it. My site doesn’t display right with IE6 ? Go somewhere else or use a better browser because I just don’t care anymore.

    Yes, there are “tricks” to adjust around IE’s moronic problems. They are annoying and complicated and I just won’t do them anymore.

    I found out very quickly to stop looking at my blog in IE and to just use my Firefox. I get sick of trying to make it look good for IE too.

    That did teach me something new for Gmail though. Maybe I’ll do something similar but with a more Christian-canned response. :)

    My husband is rolling in the floor laughing. He is a mac user and, of course, I use a pc. He pretty much hates most microsoft stuff. I haven’t used ie in so long I don’t remember what it looks like. Thanks for the laugh.

    Could you do me a favor and tell me how you made that cool video intro where your initials “dr” come up cool piano music – any software or something you could suggest, using which you made it.
